U.S. approves Delta, United bids to delay restart of Havana flights

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Transportation Department (USDOT) on Tuesday said it would allow Delta Air Lines and United Airlines to temporarily delay resuming flights to Cuba.
