Dutch telecom KPN sees small rise in 2023 earnings amid inflation

(Reuters) – Dutch telecom company KPN NV on Wednesday reiterated its 2022 outlook, but said it expected “slight” growth in core earnings next year as it works to offset inflation, especially in energy.
